Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information NewsletterHive ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

  • Email address. When you sign up, subscribe to the newsletter, submit a newsletter, or contact us, we store the email address you provide.
  • Account & login data. To unlock and log back into gated content we store a session token and short-lived one-time login codes.
  • Submissions & messages. Details you send through the submit or contact forms.
  • Basic technical data. Standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) generated automatically when you load pages.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the site: to authenticate you and unlock content, to send the newsletter and transactional emails (like login codes and verification links), to review submissions, and to respond to your messages. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use a single essential cookie to keep you logged in (your session token). It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking. Clearing it simply logs you out.

Service providers

We rely on a few trusted providers to run the site, and share only the data needed for each to do its job: Neon (database hosting), Resend (sending email), and Vercel (application hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account or subscription is active, or as needed to operate the site. Login codes and expired sessions are removed automatically.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in any email. To access or delete the data we hold about you, reach out through our contact page and we'll take care of it.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
